Northern Timberworks Timberframe Ltd. is a well established timber frame construction company founded by Wayne Cripps.
Wayne Cripps is an experienced timber frame builder:
- Started building log homes in the early eighties
- Built first full timber frame in 1987
- Started his own timber frame building company in 1989
Our Facility
Northern Timberworks has evolved from a home based business into a corporation with its own land shop and offices. The company also owns its own sawmill and log yard to facilitate the specialty nature of the products it produces.
The expansion of the business has allowed us to offer more and better quality services to our clients. Our 11000 square foot facility gives us control of our building environment. Weather is no longer a factor in the fabrication or finishing of our timber frames.
Our Staff
The experience of our staff and employees in timber frame construction is just as important in contributing to a quality product. A diverse range of styles and sizes of projects completed over the years gives us the depth of knowledge to tackle the most custom project.
Our experience in general contracting gives our customers confidence in our ability to bring a project through to a satisfying conclusion. We are situated in a region that grows some of the best fine grain timber in the world. We feel this makes up for our distance from our customers as the fibre that their local builders use may be of lesser quality.
